Key Account Starter Offer Terms
 

By submitting your information, you are requesting a starter invoice and Key Account setup with Carolina Diamond Blades (CDB). Here’s how it works:

1. No Payment Due Until PO Is Submitted
   You will receive an invoice for $339. Once we receive your official purchase order (PO), we will process and ship your Starter Pack.
    
2. What’s Included
   The Key Account Starter Pack includes:
    
   • 10x 14” Tacti-Cut S35 diamond blades
      
   • Net-30 terms (payment due within 30 days of invoice)
      
   • $7,500 open line of credit for future orders
      
   • Access to CDB’s special pricing
      

1. Credit Terms & Eligibility
   CDB reserves the right to limit or revoke Net-30 terms if prior invoices are unpaid or if false company info is submitted. Orders may require verification before shipping.
    
2. Shipping & Returns
   We ship same-day on confirmed POs received before 3 PM EST, Monday–Friday. If a blade arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it immediately at no cost. All other returns require approval and may be subject to restocking fees.
    
3. Data Privacy
   We will never sell or share your contact information. You may receive emails or phone calls directly from CDB regarding your order, account, or relevant offers.
